No actually. You neeeeeed to do each step one at a time. You can't "improve" it in Zbrush. Do a freaking basemesh that has sense at first. yeah at first glance it seems to be. All the normal dials oyu would expect are there now. FOV, focal length, plus you can export the camera to other apps and it worked for me in maya 2018. also a little unrelated but you can now lock the camera. this way if you are making fast strokes over a thin object you don't got to… -

I'm not sure I see anything wrong here other than you not having a project loaded. At any rate I would recommend using CS6 or higher (up to 2018) instead of CS5, which is a problematic version for a variety of reasons. Let me know if upgrading Photoshop helps.
