Not sure which is looking better? the top one has a roughness of 0.4 where the bottom has roughness values of 1.5 for the grey and 2.5 for the blue. What are you thoughts guys?
Was trying to sound that 512 was small for 250 polys... Damn internet with the sarcasm. (just to clear it out, i agree with you, perhaps a 128 would be the most correct i think )
I just noticed this but could it be that his legs are uber- long stretched? To me it looks like it was scaled by 1.25 till 1.3 if you compare them with his chest and arms

i should add that's the time estimate on a 12k average complex character... heroes and boss monsters and more complex characters get more time of course...
