The quickest way would be to bake out a material mask or a diffuse map, which depends on what program you are using for baking.

I make a color adjustment, the diffuse has now a light warm tone and the green from the pickles and the tomato is now the same.

I used Maya for modeling, Substance Painter for texturing, and Marmoset for rendering. I used a Normal, Diffuse, and Spec Map. This is the reference:

no, not even started the texture work. Thats just a 5 second AO map over a simple gray diffuse... that could be the issue.

great work ! i personally would have put a baked Ao in the diffuse with a multiply mask at 50 % but the result is already good !

First question... does the actual color on the diffuse map extend beyond the area of the alpha? If not, then I'd lay odds that's your problem.

6 textures.. but that includes diffuse, spec and normal.. so it's practically 2 differents sets of texture maps that i can work with.

in marmoset toolbag using the in game diffuse and AO to try and get it as close as possible to the in game result. the rest are just from the workbench

Albedo, normal, roughness, (specular) and metalness. That's 4-5 textures already. Unless it's a handpainted diffuse only, which I doubt.
