about the hair it is nothing fancy just plane cards with opacity currently looking like this and i composed them into big clumps containing a few cards so it will be easier and faster to place then it is just placing with splines in max :D
youve put the extra fuel containers too far from the hull.. theyre supposed to be on the slot thats closest to the frame (because they are quite heavy, and you dont want your wings to rip off in high G manouvers
I think what Farfarer means is that you should make a variable that contains your target. Then you can just assign it once and then it doesn't have to look up what the transform is every frame.myTarget = this.transform or something like that.
I think it looks great but the ceiling feels a bit empty. You could try to add some hanging lamps from the ceiling just to add some more visual interest to there, even if the concept does does not contain that.
when I want to repeat an action I use the quad menu and click the header of the quad containing the last command ie; the stitch command in the uv editor I can configure the quad menu to fit my needs.
Reset the pivot. Go to the Hierarchy tab (I think) of the right panel, and hit the "affect pivot only." It is the very first button. With the rotation tool active, right click on all the spinners at the bottom of the screen containing rotation values.
There is a new game coming out called Warm Gun made by Emotional Robots its a FPS it contains barrels sandbags pallets and all the general stuff you find in those types of games, it all seems to fit in that game.:)
