hey thats sweet! she looks like she a labret spike, kinda funky. Her hair also seems to transition from head to hair oddly, she's got helmet head. I think one thing you're missing is a bit of colour theory. You've got this dominating blue filling the room. If you really wanted to attract someone's attention you could throw in some orange, which is directly opposite on the colour wheel.
