Does anyone have a workflow or insight on how to make Specular maps for a "Face" sculpted in Zbrush ? for example if u only sculpted a face from scratch. No polypaint, just high frequency alphas applied for details.
Any ideas? I'd like to patch a untextured and un-polypainted hole (with geo) in an object with something similar to what surrounds it. It's not vitally important that it match perfectly. Thanks
Hello guys. I am doing my model in ZBrush and the time has come for texture... I am not very good with textures, and seek a realistic skin (for all body), how can I get?Polypaint? textures?
Xpost from What Are you Working On. New to zBrush , working on anatomy of the upper male torso. Here is my first pass, any feedback most welcome. Please try to ignore the ugly polypaint.
model Hi, this is my first submission here. Sculpted in zbrush. Handpainted with polypaint. Retopod with Retopoflow. skinned and rigged with Mixamo. posed in blender. Tail + couple of tweaks in blender (scifi panel base material from blenderkit artist: Jan Hecl)
This is something I`ve been working on my spare time. Inspired by the last of us un-used concepts and a quicky tip about polypainting. This is something that I came up with while trying to mimic my traditional silicone painting techniques.
Couldn't find any information on this. But from there demo video it seems you can polypaint your colormap directly in zBrush. How do I get the swatches into my palette? Thanks
Man such a shame you don't want to specialize in characters, this one's looking really good! And the stone statues with the death figure and sword are looking awesome, you should try and polypaint these or something.
Ok so now I am done with the sculpt! I decided to go back and fix some things and give the head a proper polypaint. Much happpier with it now. Feedback is welcome!
Wow, this is looking ace! And that polypaint looks beautiful, can't wait to see the final thing! All those material effects you've got planned as well sound super exciting
