The wall in the restroom is too shiny. The layout of the restroom is odd. Very few restrooms have large windows. Urinals should also be on just one of the walls; their current layout would lead to some... awkward... social interactions. The bricks in the basement just don't feel right. Re: Retaining 2nd UV Channel Info
You need to click "Reset UVW's" when you switch UV channels. It's a crazy feature but UV1 always carries over to UV2 unless you reset, then it magically appears. This will reset the UV's in that channel to whatever the last "baked layout was" it bakes the UV's into the mesh when you collapse so before switching channels… -

Yep, what CheeseOnToast says is right. You can also straighten edge seams as much as you want if it helps get a better layout. Just minimise the number of seams, don't let the maps get TOO distorted, but if it's in an area that won't be seen much, it should be fine ... since you'd be baking a highpoly mesh down to these UV… -

I put alot of time into cleaning up the edges, I think total theres only about 2 triangle polys on the model, everything else is a quad.
