Yeah that's what I was talking about. Only the specular is too high on it, it should be pretty dull and lifeless. I'd also think about removing the debris that's in the center of the walkway... it doesn't make as much sense since people would have walked through there pushing it to the side or crushing it to pulp. -

fyi: Rhinikio is talking to someone who pushes 50 micron layers out of a Makerbot Replicator, that's higher res than they advertise on the site but it increases print times to an all day task. I'd like to see how this lightweight and mostly plastic printer handles the vibrations from printing. -

It's a bit pedantic but 'How was it done?' and 'How can it be done?' are two different questions. How was it done? Likely sculpted in Zbrush. Probably using a combination of custom alphas and brushes for the smaller details. (Possibly incorporating some remeshing or retopology steps to refine the larger shapes.) Sculpting… -

Because it's ain't a game, it's a geolocalisation app. Think of it like a health app, not a video game. Personnaly i just like it because it makes a walk in the city way much fun, plus it brings people together, it's crazy how everyone is talking to each other in the street, it's really a nice dynamic. -

Nope, these are vanishing lines :) I am talking about the horizon line. It dictates the "on paper" orientations of all the horizontal ellipses, and also defines where the eye of the observer is located - therefore implying that the character being drawn is either short, tall, epic, humble ... and so on. I'll make a diagram…
