If it's an alient plant you have a hell lot of leeway. I'd just make a stem, then parent some leaves to it and other stuff (or make more complex hierarchy) then just scale and keyframe everything so it gives an illusion of growing. Here's a quick example I made: -

i fell behind on this thread, but has anyone mentioned that the mother of this shooter was a big gun nut herself, and use to take her son to the range all the time? She basically trained him. and if he had known mental issues, then that's just horrrrrible parenting right there. -

^ Hah, yes, the "idea" guys are usually the best. Even though it's mostly 17 yr old's operating from their parent's basement, they've sure as hell put a lot of thought into kicking World of Warcraft (insert other popular game here) off the top spot! -

hmmmm....i should have been arrested long ago for saying Fred was going to kill everybody...the teachers say Fred doesn't exist....but i know better. Besides, i can't help if Fred eats the pills my parents buy for my disorder. -

Holy crap, I'm a fucking parent. How the hell did that happen? He was reluctant, but Liam Pattenden finally made it out on the 23rd. Thankfully I got my thanksgiving Turkey dinner in time. Mom is doing fine. Thanks for all your support guys! -

Me and my wife had just gotten home from my honeymoon, and was at my parents house. I was Eating breakfast. I couldn't belive it. I remember they couldn't get anybody important to comment on the happenings, so they got Tom Clancy for his thoughts. -

I was hoping some other parents would chime in. I have to agree. I'm starting to think other avenues, such as toy figurine design, would be a better fit right now since I wouldn't be a kink in a production chain with something like that.
