Almost blew a gasket near the end. Then shot milk through nose at the end. >_< Parkman is actually pretty cool now. On a scale of 1 to Noah Bennett(52), he ranks at a 6 now.
Been terrible at keeping up with the journal over the last couple months, but I have been keeping up with the art which is the important thing. I have started a life drawing course at a local college to go along with my sketchbook work. 52 images to follow!
Got a touch more work done on this lovely lady. I'm currently having a bitch of a time getting her face right, though, so that explains the eye and lips. http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y29/xkostolny/tf2girl_002.jpg EDIT: NOW WITH 52% MORE FACE!!!
Nothing big but i made a small post about a little trick which was used in Sacred 2. Hope you'll like it. :) NEW Game Art Trick #52 Sacred 2 Fake Mirror
Yeah - guys, sick work!!! Love it - that gnarly earthy / wooden encampment looking place around the 0:52 mark - that tower around 1:08 reminds me of kingdom hearts... love that too! Glorious skybox at 1:17!! And love the view from 1:23 !! :poly142:
Cryengine 5.2 is out, with a better FBX importer (not only static meshes, but now also materials and animations plus automatic conversion to cryengine formats), realtime GI (SVOGI) enhancements and other stuff (videos available at the link). https://www.cryengine.com/news/cryengine-52-is-now-available-for-download
Good choice and advice. Good thing you went with the dedicated GPU cause my integrated eats ram like no tomorrow.. it makes me cry :( my normal ram use is about 52%, on idle.....
Activision and Blizzard are doing some sort of weird merger to create Activision Blizzard, leaving Vivendi with a 52% controlling stock. Thoughts? World of Guitarcraft anyone? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7123582.stm http://www.activisionblizzard.com/pressReleases/pr120207.php
It rotates automatically, which is pretty awesome. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=i-koXI1iEK8#t=52 I do agree with you on the "looks easily broken" part though. The weapon appears to have way too much material taken out of it for its own good.
