pfff 4 am in the morning... begin of something like a tree. did a big root with a little alienlike organism at the bottom... maybe someone see it :D it drains the life out of that tree. zbrush makes a lot of fun. didnt worked much before with it...
Eraserhead:damn, that looks nice. what are you using to render it, it looks really good(sorry if it has been asked before) sculpt done for the GA bond villain comp. very fun. removed that nazi logo in the final version tho, looked silly.
Started sub-division modelling this (like Havok, looks good btw), out of necessity since my comp can't handle the amount of polys for sculpting. It started as a single drape then I doodled my way to this, just seeing how it goes, it's quite fun.
Been working on a flamethrower for past few evenings. This is the result. Design is not mine, will try to look up the link to it. Still not happy with the front design but will have to start modeling the low poly version ASAP as I am getting a bit tired of it. But so far fun. :)
razorb, andrei, those are fucking beautiful. :O achillesian, that's even creepier than avatar guy. o_O slum, that could be fun to put together. :D also: staring at that dude for ref, I'm gonna have nightmares about those eyes. THOSE EYES!
Useless script fun #329 point cloud of cv's download here Usage: from a polyMesh selection(s) create a point cloud(s) ( control vertice cloud ) for reference each cloud is grouped and assigned it's own reference layer by executing this script: cly_pointCloud.mel
So this is crazy early texture work (started in the afternoon today) but I haddd to get it into marmoset to test it out, and my lord.... I think I'm in love. Still messing around with some of the pre-made post effects, so very very fun :)
Some pixels I made, tend to do stuff like this when Im bored. I think I might place some of these on random place on my portfolio site for fun, where they would give witty comments about some of my work or something...
newer ingame vid of my student game. nearly finished so far. we working currently on main menu (some placeholder there) and some other stuff :) think we will show it on Games Com with headtracking and lightgun. lot of fun :P http://vimeo.com/5838170
Nah. I say go for the splatterhouse gore. Its an interesting dichotomy, the fun & light art style, and the heavy bloody combat. Just make sure the blood particles/pools/splashes have environment mapping/high spec and arent just dark crimson stains.
