Aesir, Carbon, you're both right. I've been struggling with making her look more feminine. She's certainly better than she was before, though I'm still going to have another crack at the things you mentioned.
High Poly Render Low Poly Render Working on the Hands and Head. There very complex pieces to assemble. Progressing through the Armour, which seems very flat right now, but i will enlarge those area to give body armour form.
Definitely Pitt in Snatch, it's close enough to tell that (and the hat gives it away too, heh!). Martin Henriksson is right though, the jaw is too broad, chin too square and head generally slightly too wide. He was definitely leaner in that movie...
testing out much xnormal things...like it for something things, other things I want to kick it for (you wont believe how much of a pain a mustache was to actually bake correctly!) anywho if you recognize who this is im on the right track :)
slowly working up some more weapons to add to my portfolio. Trying to cut down on the tri count without losing too much shape as of right now. Hopefully ill get this thing unwrapped and textured up by the end of the week :poly129:
Xaltar: It probably took you longer cause you're not used to mudbox shortcuts/interface. I still have yet to learn Zbrush due to its clunky interface whereas in Mudbox I just picked it right up. Started painting Monika
I managed to get physics on the ears of my UT3 Bunny to work: [ame]http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=9MYH-IWreGg[/ame] It was hard to get it working right, its still a bit buggy but i think i will leave it for now like that.
stupid max wont bake aos right... when i use skylight and light tracer, it doesn't use my normals. when i use the mental ray setup, only half of the objects get baked for some reason. any ideas?
just messing with the mats right now. Shooting to do something similar to figuro castle from ff6. Lots more metal crap, gears, machinery etc... hit crunch at work, so my personal production time has gone to the crapper.
yeah thanks, your right it is a bit too low poly its only 4912 tri's and alot of that went on the hands and head, theres still the backpack and the swords to come so hopefully those will add some more shape to him. nice props jonathan!
