CIEI - Wow, I second what gannon said. Awesome work! heres an update of the raktraktor ive been working on, I want to finish it some time this week so I can move on It feels a bit washed out now that I look at it. Compared to the last shot I took of it

I think it's your camera FOV. You can adjust it with the mouse scroll wheel or in the camera's lens settings (select the camera in the left menu scene elements list). EDIT: Mouse scroll wheel controls camera FOV and alt+right-click moves the camera closer without changing camera FOV.
its subd. i'll post some wires when i get home for the fella who asked. its preety time consuming... and yeah its got pinching in some areas, but when working on the same piece for 10 hours you wanna get it over with finally and move on. i'll surely revisit some parts in the end... :\
Awesome work all of you guys! Some serious art skills going on here! first implementation of a door opening mechanic in my little game thingy positions are not synced perfectly, and the push at the end makes the arms look like they detach from the body, so I'll redo that part.. moving the head around a ton just to show that you can :) the player is locked in a position infront of the door…
I love this model and animation! Reminds me of Space Channel 5 - real character man! Nice man. It looks very noisy on one side though - did you have less capture images on some parts or is it just the moss? If you want to make a texture from this, I'd recommend finding the 'cleanest' area of the tree, then bend/move your…
