I loved this concept! His left arm is kinda messed up. If you check his model inside the game, you'll notice some skinning errors on the arm (lod0). They screwed up when they changed his face. Don't worry about it.
well this is awkward his portrait head disappears and his face doesn't even animate any more good lord I've had just about enough of this invoker every time I have to muck about with the games files it's always you
Nice, if everybody is complaining about the horns, maybe change the angle? Face it back or to the sky? Reworking my old item and practicing my sculpting. What do you think? I know most of the detail will be lost importing, but I need to practice :)
I like the bandit approach. For some reason, I don't like her face. Can you always list the changes underneath the pictures you post, so we can more train our eyes on what you want us to comment on?
I like the design. May want to change that sharp part that faces the handle; I wouldn't want to use a weapon that has a sharp blade angled towards my hand like that. One wrong move and you've impaled yourself on your own weapon.

Its all true thought. I stopped making TF2 items because all of the same contributors would consistently get their items in. The number of new faces just became less and less and I am afraid that the same thing is happening to the DOTA workshop.

Hi guys , im facing a big problem :( , i have done my color,mask1,mask2,normal map ,when i imported to dota2 , it seems that the mask does not have any effect in dota2 , its all flat colored , Please help :(
Well to be honost that's completely up to you, but the easiest way is to start with the lod_0 version and then delete geometry and preserve borders. When a model got a lot of round shapes I sometimes choose a version between the two and then remove and add faces to make the lod_0 and lod_1 version :)
