first off i'd say make the green portion wider... and push the roof to the left of it further left.. that way it would be far more visible and a slightly better focal point imo.... also because the image has a very flat tone range (lots of whites and greys) i'd say make the scene a night/dusk scene and make the coal fires… -

I really like the progress you have made but I think the scene could benefit from some more focus on the lighting. Generally you have a good ambient light (maybe a little too bright of light) but adding some more focus for instance some warm lights coming from the houses or some cold blues around the mushrooms and areas… -

I believe it's usually done by a bunch of planes overlapping each other on top of the textured hair with transparent masks. I'm sure there's multiple techniques though depending on the style of hair and the length. The sculpt looks pretty good though, you might be able to use it in your low poly and add more hair strands… -

I really liked the original padded shoulder armor she had mixed with the big armor piece on the opposite side as it was on the last image from page 3, I think it made a really nice balance. I'd add that proxy models should be worked in there....I'll make a mid to higher poly proxy that the teams can get in the game ASAP. That way silloutte, etc. can be evaluated and it can get in the game. Updates to it as you complete the low poly and texture work will be easy-peasy. Now you have breathing room for your high… -
