Polypaint update before starting on the retopology! The head is already out of the way, and now I can get some of those base colors carried over to the textures for later.
Thanks guys! This was a quick polypaint, so I'll definitely keep your advice in mind for the final texture. I'd like him to be more fleshy/pink than yellow.
10x guys! :) @Kot_Leopold, 10x a lot mate, the cool thing about polypainting the wrinkles first is that is very easy to paint and erase till you are satisfied with the design of the wrinkles.

@Lando_Viggo Spending some more time to get that feel, I polypainted the skin to get the feel of the character, hopefully he looks more asian/middle-eastern look.
Quick polypaint to check her facial features. The collar and shoulders are both (hopefully) final sculpt pieces, I did some test bakes and they held up decently.

if you polypaint in zbrush it is visible in the color mask that substance painter creates. You can then use "mask by color" to mask a layer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSrxvrcq8o4
Thanks a lot :D Just messing around with polypaint, I don't usually use it but it's really good for quickly planning out textures which can be finalised later:
