By platform he means which gaming platform you remember seeing the character with these boots. PC, Xbox, 360, Gamecube, N64, Wii, PS1,2,3, etc. -

just finished this the other day on 360, pretty fun. gets a bit repetitive and a bit simple gameplay wise, but always satisfying to snipe and see that killcam. -

Higher resolutions, plus I would assume that the Windows OS running in the background is a lot more stressful than having the 360's OS running. -
