what inspired me to get into this industry, and well, im working towards animation for games, but Blizzard cinematics did it for me... not there new in-game shit. but their full blown intro movies. ever since warcraft 2, ive wanted to work on stuff like that
I go to Otis College of Art and Design. I would suggest looking at companies who are in LA then search for people from those companies on PC. Naughty Dog, Sony, Blizzard, etc. A lot of the students I know are too busy with Otis.

How can blizzard do this to people with a clean conscience? Just as my friend is about to quit, they announce this? And siege weapons/destructable buildings seem like they're trying to make people think warhammer is copying them (yes, my friend thinks that)
NICE! I wasn't too up on the Orc being so human like besides the head and skin tone but the costume really pulls it together. It looks very similar to the Blizzard Cinematic costume designs. The lack of oversized tits is also see for a change.

Man I thought Diablo pioneered that style of gameplay (click on enemies to attack OCD style). It's like an MMO but with fewer people. I should have epected this. The only Blizzard game I like is Starcraft. As long as the sequal to that is an RTS, I'm cool
right vahl I could fix it for maya presentations by inventing the ?green? channel, but who cares? Ingame it will be ok I deffinatly agree with the most people, that the concept is better :/ perhaps after finishing my blizzard entry, I will redo some parts
I know that Fanny Vargne artist working for Blizzard atm if i remeber correctly. She posted her handpainted texture workflow in the Vertex magazine Vol2 found here http://www.artbypapercut.com/downloads/ and she used zbrush to get Ao and heightmaps I belive. Check that out.
