3ds max, Photoshop cs 5 i believe. and i usualy use Crazybump for textures. the prop is intended for use in UDK -

It's definitely pretty saturated. Some games do that on purpose so I'm not too sure how much saturation you're intending for it. -

are there spec maps here? The textures look nicely painted, but the metalic areas especially seem somewhat flat. Perhaps that's the intended style? -
