Then something is wrong with your drivers, or OS, or nvidia settings, or something. I have an older q9550 quad core, a 470 2gb, and 8gb of ram and I can handle 1.5 million polys in Maya no issues at all. In Zbrush I can push a single sub tool to 6 million with out much stuttering. -

110% more cracks, pock marks and broken tiles! Most of those subtle edge details in between the bricks will get washed out at lower resolutions. Add in the occasional tilted or missing brick. Think about bringing in other elements like roots, leaves or other material types to make it a little more interesting. -

also compare to the price of the Gnomon workshops, which run for 2 days, draw similar quality speakers (if not better and better prepared), are far better organized, and only cost $125. . . Although, at the CA workshops they have dance parties and Android might show you his soul. . . so they've got that going for them. -

The first issue I see is that the 2600k isn't compatible with the motherboard you picked. The X58 is a LGA 1366 socket, while the 2600 is an LGA 1155 (Sandybridge). Swap space / swap file / paging file has been around since MS-DOS and mostly obsolete nowadays, altho some games force you to enable it. The recommended size is equivalent to 1.5 times the amount of RAM on your system, you could also set it to system managed size. -

Take a look at Korean panels, I love my 110 refresh rate, lower latency because of single input, and 1440p. I got the QNIX QX2710. Any black-light issues are only noticeable in the dark, and can be fixed yourself with a bit of tearing down and some tape, nothing crazy. -

Man, work today was brutal. Only practiced 1.5 hours cuz i'm a lazy bum. Gotta work on that. Organized my desktop a bit more, almost perfect. Tablet takes some getting used to. Not too bad though, guessing it will take about a week to feel normal. That's all for today. -
