Is this for subdivision? If it smooths correctly, then you could probably leave it alone without any problem. N-gons seem less likely to cause problems on planar surfaces. The face above it looks to have at least 6 vertices.

Awesome sketches! I really digg number 2 and 6 because they have very interesting and unique clothing / accessories. I'm not sure if this is the correct terminology, but your art style is very gracious and elegant. Keep it up! :)
Some of the ads I've seen on gamasutra are for "QA Lead/Associate Producer" or something of that sort. Definitely seems to be a well traveled track. I was a tester for about 6 years (not in games). Definitely got old after a while.
Hey there, thanks for the comments. There are around 6 unique buildings, and the rest will be made modular, to fill in the gaps I guess. However, yeah even the unique buildings do share some of the same components and textures, to save time.

I like Last of Us, and Rainbow 6 Patriots. Those are the ones I am looking forward to the most. Fortnight does look interesting, but I will have to get more info on it before I make a decision.
