The chin has quite a number of edges that dont seem to fill out the silhouette at all. Use them wisely and add suddle form or just optimize them out. I can't stress this enough: get better references. I'd encourage you to make a generic face from proper front/side references and then work it from there to make this… -

The only thing that sticks out for me on the wet suit is the wrinkles. The seal team wet suits are very different than most traditional wet suits for certain reasons.
