1 would only be 1 pixel on your texture. You need much more cause of mipmapping. 16 pixel for a 2k if im right. -

Would it make a difference that Pixplant has medium detail set to 14% and fine set to 4%, where Crazybump has them at 99% and 16%? -

It was 8-bit. I set it to greyscale mode in photoshop and changed it to 16 bit, but then when I import into Zbrush, it just comes up blank. -

I'm gonna guess its the ram, 16 gigs of it translate to a like 4 ft long epeen and everyone knows thats a large epeen. -

It's just a matter of low polycount versus smoothness then. I added another edge to the breasts and it looks a lot better, but it adds 16 tris. Worth it? -

If you have application that deals with 16 or 32 bit depth image, you can easily add high-frequency detail on a height map. -
