For Photoshop to export a transparent PNG the transparency needs to be in the layer itself (as transparent pixels), not as an alpha channel in the Channels tab. Nice progress! I really like the recent generic stone one. Only suggestion would be to try and change your brush width up a bit. You can always go back in later with an eraser (If you're working with layers) and carve a little variety into things. As for the wood, it looks familiar...a little too familiar /pulls off mask… -

If you are going to use UE4, then I'd recommend to approach it with layered materials. It would save a lot of texture samplers, for the cost of more drawcalls. But it would be easier to use later. It looks to me like the scale of some of your accessories is off. Check the size of the laser pointer compared to the weapon.
