Hello everyone, this is my personal project, sculpted in ZBrush,Pant and T shirt was generated in Marvelous Designer, then added more details in ZBrush.gloves,Belts and the boots were totally worked out in ZBrush.Texture was made in Substance Painter and finally rendered in Marmoset tool bag 3.
Heyooo, got this random idea to do a baliclava. just did a quick marvelous designer shape, and overlaid a 3d knit pattern using slideknit I chose briar cause he has hair that wont get in the way to much, and hes a kool military dude!

I also made a cloth that hangs from the robot's belt. initially, I wanted to do it all in marvelous designer, but in the end I did everything in 3D max, using the "cloth" modifier and slightly modified everything in z- brush.

Tweaking shapes and worked on anatomy. Veered away from the face likeness and did a realistic face study. It is a placeholder for now. Going to hop into Marvelous Designer next and work on the clothing before I get back into the waist up armor.
Well, I don't know how marvelous work, but I did stuff like this in maya using nCloth. The trick was to texture/UVs first, and then simulate the cloth preserving the UVs. But you can always unfold the UVs and paint it, right?
