@TudorMorris Your tentacles made me want to draw tentacles. So I drew a tank with tentacles. Tanks with tentacles for tactical purposes. "Tanktacles" if you will. -

If that's only the second thing you've drawn then lighting is not what you should care about. Work at getting a solid drawing and then worry about painting later -

So glad I took the time to get to grips with Marvelous Designer. This looks so much better. Now I've just got to do the hair, which will just be a sculpt -- not alpha cards -- for now. I was sort of in your shoes when I went to school. I chose to go to a less expensive school since I thought I could teach myself anything that wasn't covered in school. That ended up being very much the case. I taught myself 90% of everything I learned in school and the other 10% I learned from polycount and friends.… -

Well another issue I had with it was after using a tablet for the better part of 12 years, I no longer like having my hand obscure part of the image as I draw.
