This is the high poly, In my original post the max frontal/rear to 0.5 When I set the max frontal/real to 0.1 When I set the max frontal/rear to 0.01, Its a big improvement still some errors in small areas

Just for the case, that anybody cares: Here are the final results after texturing in Substance Painter. Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag2 He got 15 000 Quads. It took me about 3 I still hope for some feedback.

Because your diffuse is almost solid black. Replace it with a constant 0.5 or rgb 128 (solid neutral gray), and test. Also, try setting your dominate directional like to 1.5 or 5 brightness. And type ToggleHUD in the console.
