Looking good Conor! My 5 cents would be that collisions cause damage and tanks can't be shot with normal bullets but rather ATL missiles or bombs. You might want to spice up the projectiles too ;) Good progress. Are you on the code too?

you shouldn't have said it was a test for fallout 3, lots of people get away with posting their art tests as long as they don't say it was a test for ... whoever. but since you specifically stated its a test and who its for then you're pretty much SOL.

If you can try using the SBM xnormal exporter that is installed with xNormal. Put an edit mesh under your projection modifier and Export Sel>SBM>Low Poly. This packages your LP mesh with the cage in one file. Works every time.

Actually it was a work pc, from my Employer, it came with a std 250 w Sparkle, laughs, brand psu and I tried my 300 W Seasonic to no results. Yes and no beep beep on start up, I think she bit the dust.
If you're stil looking, I usually use http://developer.nvidia.com/object/nv_texture_tools.html The atlas tools I use it to pack frames for animated textures for particle effects. We've used it for other atlasing for batch reasons as well. Works fine. :) Good luck.
