Two options I can think of. You could modify a copy of the material to change the z order. Or, create a second camera parented to the primary camera and use another render layer with the z order adjusted. -

As great as it was, I think I'm going to refrain from seeing more 'kids' movies in theaters during the day and opt for late showings. The number of loud, obnoxious kids and oblivious parents is too much for me -

just figured it out, i had a hidden emitter parented to the object. Are there any uv transfer plugins/scripts out there for maya 8.5+, because i've been having several issues here and there with this tool lately. -
Re: Zbrush symmetry not working correctly
If it is a perfectly symmetrical mesh and it's just a slightly off angle shot you are showing which makes it look skewed, it could be that it is a subtool and Lsym is turned on. Try turning it off as that can mean that the symmetry is inherited from the parent tool. -

rig problems are really hard to troubleshoot in a forum. one thing you could try which could be a simple fix is attach your head rig to the body with point and orient constraints with maintain offsets. instead of parenting.
