MUSIC GAMES ARE THE FUTURE IF YOU THINK OTHERWISE, YOU MUST NOW OFFER YOUR SHRIVELED OLD-MANHOOD TO HARMONIX, ON A GOLDEN PLATTER, SO THAT THEY MAY GRANT YOU MERCY IN THE COMING REVOLUTION.
lumen and nanite resource cost are both resolution dependent so (barring any driver/configuration issues) this is indeed most likely due to resolution. You might get a load of frames back if you switch to immersive mode cos the editor UI eats up a shitload of resources. that said though, lumen does not run very well in…
Play active part in the revolution of the current civilization. Something utopian, like The Venus Project maybe? But yes, gotta be making my own env concepts that would sell at bids and make a successful indie game :)
Agree with Deus Ex: Human Revolution, however it was not what got me started. I would have to give that to max payne 1 and 2 also the 3d mark software for having such awesome tech demos.

Daz bought it and its been stagnating since. Blazier: they were great days, when Silo was actually being developed and modo was being plain awesome. it really looked like there was a revolution going on in the 3D modelling world.
Just stumbled upon this. Game looks really impressive as far as art goes, and they have some interesting tech. http://www.theastronauts.com/2014/03/visual-revolution-vanishing-ethan-carter/ http://ethancartergame.com/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsHppcIcpfM&feature=youtu.be
Art of Deus Ex: Human Revolution... Why they didnt capitalize on this I'll never understand. Also wouldnt mind and Art of Infamous 2 book. I know Ballistic was supposed to release one but it got canceled. :(
Luckily two recent games that have amazing gameplay also have great art: Human Revolution and Dishonored. I've played both twice and I still enjoy walking through these amazing works of art.
