I would make two versions of the toon shader, one with alpha blending. Swap shaders at the start of the blend. Which engine is this? We have subforum for Unreal or Unity. -

You can also just take the fucked box in and have it swapped out with a new one, or if you've got all day call for a tech to come out with a replacement. -

Hi, I passed this to our engineers and they tell me its an ATI driver bug. Try updating your video drivers. If that doesn't help, the only solution would be to swap it out for an nvidia card. -
