Do you have Render Properties -> Performance -> Final Render: Persistent Data enabled ? (And you are pressing F12 (Render Image) not F11 (View Image) 😉 ??)

Looks like your green channel is inverted. Open up the texture in the content browser and enable "flip green channel".

well i guess you didn't smoothed the thing and it catches some ambient occlusion if you have it enabled in viewport.

Is axis constant off ? If so turn it on. Right click on the snaps > Options > Enable Axis Constraints (make sure it's ticked)
