I too have both systems and would recommend going for it. The exclusives are definitely worth it I think. Uncharted, LittleBigPlanet, Gran Turismo, MGS, +1 for Valkyria Chronicles. A little off topic, but I just got a new Dell that came with Windows Media Center. It's pretty cool to watch Recorded shows and Video files thru the 360 without the computer sitting next to my TV.
