Hey people, great work everyone, there's some amazing things in here. Here's the final version (probably) of my Gambit sculpt. 100% Zbrush. Used it to practice some non-organic sculpt in Zbrush and I liked it a lot! Hope you guys like it. Comments and crits are always welcome. :D
I finally finished my zbrush 2 final! Its a dragon fighting a warlock on a mountain pass. I wish I could have done more but I had to do the whole scene in zbrush, and after 15 million for the whole scene I started to chug to badly to add more.
First ever sculpt in ZBrush, purchased a license last week and have from recommendations been following Eat3D ZBrush introduction. The UI was a little alien at first but feeling alot more natural now I have customized the UI too. Work in progress on an old man head to get to grips with the program:
I'm using the catmul-clark subDs yes, but the zbrush workflow is building a bunch of boolean objects in modo, addition and subtraction. Converting my mesh to dynamesh in Zbrush and start subtracting and adding pieces. It lets you add holes and cut shapes a lot easier than having to model it all as once piece.
