I think the easiest way to render the wireframe is using the 3D viewport with *Viewport Overlays* set to wireframe and *Viewport Shading* set to rendered.. and then directly using *View -> Viewport Render Image*.. and for a more subdivided wireframe.. just apply as many levels as you want..
It's good practice to triangulate. However, your low poly wireframe shows some polys triangulated and others not. Are you sure you're triangulating the entire mesh?
another q: can I display wireframe over shaded? solid mesh with wireframe overlaid edit; oh how do I get the wireframe mode to show the 'real' wireframe too? i just subdivided up a mesh and none of those are showing in wireframe
th UDK have a Wireframe Mesh mode under Modes-->Show-->Advanded-->Mesh Edges The Color of Wireframe can u chance with object properties-->Wireframe Color Ingame is the key "show wireframe"
Where can i show the wireframe like in toolbag 3 ? That was an option on the scene settings, but its not longer exist . Not the render pass (Wireframe), please, thanks
Nice work! I feel a big plus would be having high quality wireframe renders on the main page (not having to go to sketchfab to see them). The wireframe renders you could make would be able to look much nicer than sketchfab wireframe view.
