My students at this years TheRookies made us feel very happy. Also shout-out to the Lyra Team and also to Aleksandra Jankowska who won the Internship prize at Ninja Theory, fantastic place to start your career. I am about to meet the new first year cohort today, happy days, on wards and upwards. :smile: -

I would stop with the long thin strips, go for more square poly/even distribution. think about the silhouette and try to be minimal in capturing the look. think about the wasted loops where nothing is defined adding extra lengthways loops -

I'd go for a more 'masculine' face, these guys have been through one hell of a hormone replacement theropy. Think big lantern jaw and heavy brow, and constantly scowling. Maybe thats just my personal opinion though:)
