After the chains. the nuts and bolts are probably consuming the most vertices for the least visual benefit. Depending upon the in-game size and perspective, you can probably eliminate the ones on the base, allowing the normal map to show them. The bolts under edge can probably be eliminated entirely without many people… -

your plants are too green i think. for an overgrown place youd figure that maybe some plants had grown and died in there too.. id scatter around some dead leaves and such, and give the building an overall grit/dirt pass. im sharing this link like crazy lately but its a good reference to look at old abandoned environments… -

You can probably reduce the feathers to a pair of polygons with an alpha mask, cutting the polycount while improving the appearance. It looks like you're currently using 500-600 polygons in the feathers, which is a substantial percentage of the budget for the entire character. A simple normal map would improve the teeth,… -
