Just to add, there is no ahead or behind.....there is no catching up, or ahead of the curve, there is only good and bad. Given that you can work in this field until your 60s i imagine, it really doesent matter when you start. The advice on doing props and single hero pieces is solid too
Are you adjusting the Flatten angle at all? For lightmap UVs I usually set the angle to 60 or so, to make the islands larger and more contiguous. UVLayout from Headus is a lot better at packing UVs than Max, but it's not free. However many people love it for unwrapping. Worth a look.
Dandi8 4 seems way too low for your specular power value, try something between, 30 and 60 if using a constant, right now it is way to low which is resulting in a very wide hotspot. also try putting detail that only exists in your specular texture.
For your pictures, you can optimise them while keeping the quality. In Photoshop: - "Save for web and devices" - Choose the JPEG format - Put the quality to 60% You'll see almost no difference with the original quality, and it's a lot better for the size of your file. That's a trick I've learn in web design.

you on easy mode or the easy setting below it? If not at the lowest setting he's a pain. I set it on easiest or something to get my characters unlocked. 1 round, 30 sec rounds and easiest. rounds have to be bumped to 60 sec in order to build ultra for the Gouken unlock though.
Shadowplay is definitely a feature I really want to try out once I finish building my new computer. The only downside is that it captures compressed footage, it's not ideal to upload compressed footage to youtube that will get compressed again. But still 60 FPS, very little performance impact.
theres been a bunch of variants since the 70s . Singapore bought a bunch of new ones not so long ago. Wikipedia also says that the latest versions the block 60 version F16 development was funded entirely by the UAE. This variant is more upto date tha the variants used by the USAF.
uh. . . what's so hard about this? make one barrel, offset the pivot, duplicate and rotate at appropriate degrees (60 for 6 barrels, 72 for 5 barrels, 90 for 4 barrels and 120 for 3 barrels) weld all barrels together. . . Am I missing something here?
damn master cheif is soo cool do you know that bungie say's he is like 7 foot tall and can flip 60 tonne tanks. You can even get full costumes which look "exactly" like the armor in the game and i mean "exactly"
