I agree with LRoy, I mean, everyone has their own workflow. Personally it takes me a lot less to get the basic shape in zbrush than any other 3d software. Master of Unlocking is correct, DS can do alpha's that fade. I work on DS titles. Alphas are never additive, nor can they be. (hardware restriction) They are always multiplicitive. Yeah, I think the biggest issue to me is the zig-zag wall. I know there's probably poly limits and whatnot but it's really not very realistic. My suggestion would be to make all the breaks lines more square (along brick pattern), then make the plaster chipped all the way around the edges in a zig-zag pattern. That'll add…
