Look like a good start! I think you've went a bit crazy with the tris on some places. Like the window frame. The lower stones doesn't need all thous tris to maintain a good silhouette. Talking mainly about the triangles on the big flat side. Same goes for the upper stones. You can argue about if the bevels on the stones… -

This is cool, I really like the lanterns. I'm questioning the different materials on stairs and the use of wood on the base. myles - Thanks for the comments man. :) I tried running another bake out with some extra edgeloops and it caused some more pinching around the edges of the model. :s I think the strangeness in the normal map is due to the way I masked out the faces of the model while I was sculpting in ZBrush.
