This looks gorgeous! :D That sunset atmosphere is spot on! You have done an amazing build here! The only tiny thing I’d add is maybe some pebbles or dirt variation on the ground. Right now the roads feel a bit too clean, and that little extra detail would make it even more natural. -

the sword is distracting, at least for me. The hilt design feels like some sort of hybrid rapier/smallsword/falcion design, intended for something like a 4-5ft long rapier. You can check for the correct paths in the registry. Below are my entries, as you can see i moved the whole load of materials and textures to a custom path. Of course on your the system, the paths will be different. But the entries should exist and the paths/files they point to should exist on your harddrive too. If those… -
