model Day 14! Going a bit out of order again with the waste bin. I want to be able to spend more time on the couch and armchair so that will be my post-weekend endeavor. Until then it will be simpler models to fill the space. 28 tris 256 x 256 diffuse
This was just posted today: http://seblagarde.wordpress.com/2014/04/14/dontnod-physically-based-rendering-chart-for-unreal-engine-4/ Its the same guy from the "Remember Me" studio (Dontnod) who released the last chart that was pretty popular, but now with updated UE4 values.
Yeah, me to after I cut one off. It would find it more funny if he replaced the girl with duke, then we would know what he was doing the last 14 years.... getting raped :poly122: Looking forward to trying the game tough, hope it will be sweet :)
@Art_of_ChellyCheers ;) Alright here are some helmet designs. I spent quite a bit of time on them as I wanted to explore a certain variety of styles and let that dictate my next iteration on the body. Right now 14 is my favorite and I'm looking forward to resolving it in 3D!

Always toyed with VFX and ArchViz, rendering out scenes from IKEA catalogs and stuff. Or things like this: http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2010/305/9/4/castle_making_of_by_frell262-d31zeim.gif Which I did when I was 14. Eventually I wanted to be a part of something more interactive so I switched to games
The "I'd never want to work there" comments are odd: a fairly big independent studio that can survive losing a publisher and project cancellation without laying off anyone? A studio that set aside 14 days for the employees to form mini teams and come up with new games to boost morale? Yeah, sounds like a horrible place.
still very wip. but the script i posted here http://www.polycount.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1820907&postcount=14 should take a vertex selection and try to make a circle out of it. still very wip, and currently it wont even out the vertex spacing, but if you run it on something that already has good spaceing, it works great.
