as JadeEyePanda asks, what kind of time commitment are you looking for, and do you have any examples of your current work so we can judge how much work we'll need to do with you?
JadeEyePanda: Here is a really rough concept of what the final character is supposed to look like. dpadam450: I have actually been trying to find a better way of doing the textures on the building. What is the best way to do something like that?
So I recently made 2 parts and It turned out to be too large. I shrunk it down and hopefully got it to the right size this time. Here's the oversized parts: Thanks for the advice JadeEyePanda. I'll be using imgur from now on.
Accidentally uploaded an older turnaround so I quickly fixed that. JadeEyePanda, thanks for the imgur suggestion and the off-hue idea. Color is a weak area for me so if someone could suggest some colors to go with I would be grateful.
@JadeEyePanda: Clothes are just zbrush sculpts with some alpha images using surface option. @Butt_Sahib: Thanks man. yes he is too generic. will definitely add some scar or marks on his face and good pick on the eyes. i will fix it.
You actually stated you drew it twice, but other people can make their mind up, like I said - just something to be aware of. on the previous page @jksl - "i was using a picture i drew earlier today" @JadeEyePanda - "Post it"
JadeEyePanda - Thanks! I wanted to stay true to the concept so I kept his eyes like that. I did make a version with real eyes but It looked to much like the 90s live action movie hehe. razz- Thank you!
@JadeEyePanda I would to be able to make models. I was working on a project with UDK of a story I've put 10 years into thought, but I had no help and it became to much of an issue. I dropped the project for bit and just want to make items or models.
Ok cool thanks Rollin, will do. JadeEyePanda- Ir did start out as a blind sculpt, i had a concept in my head for what i wanted to do, but hadn't put it on paper yet. Having a blind sculpt feel to, is that a bad thing?
Be aware that the majority of the body is underneath armour, and is simply never seen. I can understand issues about anatomy around the pecks and the chest- but it is never seen... Also, JadeEyePanda: did not think to alpha those. I agree with the topology being too dense, will look into that.
