In terms of the site itself, as others have commented, its not very well put together. I'd actually suggest you using ArtStation as your portfolio site instead Or atleast something like Wix if you really insist on a porsonalized site. In terms of quality of work theres quite a long way to go, try picking up some tutorials… -

I just use digitalRaster's Switcher for Max, gives me same viewport navigation as Maya.
