Love that MM Interceptor and since I live where the original Ford Falcon V8 XB series was made, this iconic apoc muscle car is actually based off of, never ceases to bring a smile to me dial 👍
At the moment I'm doing a wooden bridge. This takes some time, because i have no practice with wood structures. The question for me now is: Is one plank enough and the viewer doesnt see that the bridge has always the same instanced plank or do i have to do more different pieces?
Looks awesome. For the face flatness that poop's suggesting, I think it really lies in the bridge of the nose and the chin area. In the paintings, the bridge seems to drastically blend right into the forehead, with little slope. And the chin seems like it should have less outward curve. Looking spot-on man, keep it up.
now, now sundance no need to insult another series in a thread about a series that has strayed so far from the creator's vision its not even funny. "If I won't hear it on the bridge of the battleship Iowa, I won't believe it on the bridge of the starship Enterprise." - Gene Roddenberry circa 1966
wk - #1 Homework Feedback: * Bind Pose (Arms raise higher and Legs straighten) * Face too realistic? Feels a bit older than the concept * Back of skull shape * Bigger eyes * Taper Cheeks and Jaw bit more * Soften Nose Bridge * Eyes bit flat from the profile * Neck too thick and too much detail (ages her up) * More build-up…
Texturing series of several Environment assets for my latest (still wip) project "The Dock". All textured in MARI, modeled in Maya (its all low poly), Normals done in ndo2. Crate (part 1): Platform (part 2): Bridge (part 3): Dock+Bridge animation (The Dock part 4) Hope you guys like it, comments/feedback are most welcome!
I tried stabilizing it like you said. I am waiting to see what the new result will be. For the bridge the stones came with UDK. The rest of the GEO for the bridge and about 90% the level as a whole all came from this one texture: and this group of 11 models I made by extruding and breaking up the texture:
That's how I felt from the trial too. I freakin' hate when I accidentally hit 'Browse' instead of 'Open' in PS and Bridge decides to open. Bridge is a slow monster... Anyway, thanks for the replies everyone. Looks like Photoshop will work best for me. Sony's software that comes with the camera is a joke!
i biked that very bridge last week with a group of indie developers before gdc. we rented bikes from blazing saddles and rode over the golden gate bridge to a ferry. it was really awesome! the up-hill parts killed me, i don't know how you guys enjoy that stuff!
