Thanks for your kind comments low_seb :) Just an update of the environment, I added a lot of small elements to the scene, I'll keep adding elements the next days.
City Stampede WIP :D Really pleased with this one, combining elements of 3D, textures and digital painting. Probs work on this next weekend and add a foreground element
No, that's not it. It's being able to select an element in the UV window and have the corresponding element highlighted on the 3D object. If I click a vertex on my UV, it should highlight the same vertex in 3D view.
The idea is mixing elements from Mad Max II, Akira and Steamboy movies. The main elements will be dirt and particles (smoke and fx). The characters will be soldier women, like cat woman twins in Dominion Tank Police. I hope something good of this.
@Tamara_Konstanchenko Not neceessarily more. You can achieve the idea by replacing existing elements with more specific elements. But you could add more specific cultural markers, yes.
Still missing elements. More are being added daily -- much of the code restructure is still under development so adding 'disabled' UI elements seems pointless to the devs. I can agree.
Thanks, flatHead - I played around with the idea of bringing more of the Hindu element into it, but in the end, I opted for a more tribal, primal theme mixing African and Native American elements. :)
Hey, about the colors... .in Customize User Interface ...Colors tab .....Elements: Roll-outs .....Scheme: Custom Colors (make sure this is selected, or the changes you make in the elements will not take place) Hope this helps :)
take some element of everyday life, and extrapolate it, sci-fi novel style, 5000 years in the future (or similar), to give the background world a darkly comic sense of ridicule (thinking 'Brazil' or '5th element')
