Hello, thanks for your comments, actually I have work a little more on the atmosphere. And i have also add more resolution on the corner to do like the photo post by S2Engine. Today i will try to improve the metal objects like Stupa and hind and add a few individual bricks. Thanks for your help. Good day at all. WIP
Decided to make a model for ol' fisheye up there. Still WIP, since making a model to fit a texture is kind of a pain. Also, modeling is hard now that I haven't done it in a while (doesn't help that my mouse jumps around on the screen like it's got epilepsy either - I have a whole host of disparaging comments about…
I know it's a wip, but forms look too bubbly at the moment. You need to contrast those soft forms with sharp ones on strategic places. I would use some sort of flat, hard brush to define landmarks where bones sit close underneath skin and chisel some of the forms. As it's a dwarf, you can even go overboard.
lookin good man, i like the underlying textures, but the blood is really fake looking. its never that red except possibly over white surfaces. try to get more dark crimsons and browns in there and it will be much more realistic. if you want, play around with my blood brushes, they work real good on a multiply layer…
haha nice, liking the model so far, dunno about the chain arm-guard, doesn't seem terribly rigid to me, but looks cool nonetheless. Art fight? awesome guys wish you had made a thread where you could both post wip stuff! dunno why people don't do that more on here...
Thanks homes I am defiantly planning on doing a retopo in Zbrush, and I've already begun sculpting. I'm planning on using dyna-mesh or looking up new ways to distribute my polys. I'm posting my WIP so far and thanks for the video link I wish I started as simple as this guy did he's a champ.
New project! Almost done with the modeling in Blender. Using Megascans materials to check if everything fits. Did a test with the tree, but gonna bake those branches and spread them again cause it's way too high-poly right now. Throw me those critics, will be really important for me before moving to UE4! Thanks! THE WIP:…
You'd be better off using tiled textures, trim sheets, and texture blending. Searching for "street texture" there are many recent examples to check out. https://polycount.com/discussion/202453/quiet-tuscan-street-wip Some solid techniques here http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/Modular_environments Also for the blending see…
@"Jack M." Hi! Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it. Here's another WIP. I still have to change the decals and add more of them tho. The next thing's i'm going to do will probably be adding more graffiti and finishing the assets properly. The doors also still need some love. And as always, c&c is welcome!
