FreeCAD didn't worked, but I succesfully converted my polygonal mesh to NURBS with Rhino, and exported it as STP!

You can export an image-per-face style cubemap from cubemapgen. That's what UDK takes.

when you export the scuplted mesh with the errors into your 3d app, do see the same faults?

in my personal experience it hasn't been a problem exporting models to UDK w/ deleted(hidden) faces.

Right, and the newer versions of maya seem to make it more difficult. I'll try exporting as FBX Thanks

if you crease your edges in Maya and export to zbrush via .ma file it will crease the edges in Zbrush

Looks like the UVs have been rotated for each polygon, most likely an export/import problem.

figured it out. make sure to use advance metalness instead of just metalness when exporting to viewer.
