The whole game industry is going through some BIG CHANGES. It's about at the same level as the Great Videogame Crash of the 1980's and we're not gonna get out of it for a few years. A good time to start your own company I think. -

er, I kind of agree actually, if for some bizarre reason you were forced to rate the two on the same scale 'course I think violent porn is worse than violent videogames, so its sort of apples and oranges to begin with -

What, it burned out? The PS2 is turing complete so of course it's technically a computer but the law differentiates between general-purpose computers (which of course any turing complete system would technically be) and computers intended for specific purposes like videogames. -

Just to stir the pot here a little, there was an interview with this guy in the Economist as I recall and he's quite proud about not liking videogames in the least. I agree that Activision has overtaken EA as premiere evil empire in the industry. Congrats, Activision! -

Thanks Eraserhead! All the textures are hand-painted. I never thought about adding the textures and UVmaps to my website. What is a proper range for videogame poly meshes? Closer to 10K, or more than 30K? What's an appropriate range? -

In the context of videogames, I've never really understood the complaint that the ending was disappointing. What *exactly* were you expecting? A robotic hand to come out and wank you off? What MoP said. Surely its the game experience that matters? -
