Thanks :) The whistle is mainly made in Harmor. The breath/blowing sound comes from Poizone's noise generator(in the Balance part of the interface). EDIT: I made an image of the whistle sound: -

I am not an expert,but I think the brownish color doesnt work well with gold color for the leg and shoe(cant see if it's a big boot or some sort of leg armour). -

i understand why you've gone for a battledamaged look. but bear in mind that all marines are both responsible for (and punushed for not...) upkeep of their armour, this includes field repairs and repainting with chapter colours.
